I have received LE twice on Kotak and was not charged a single Rupee extra.

Call Customer Care and ask them to raise LE Request and cross check if any charges applicable and record the call for Compensation Purposes🤣

@aayusharyan actually I also got the LE offer with charges written (on app) but after few days I received an email about same LE and no charges, although app was still showing it.... hence I went through e-mail link and no charges were applied....
how did you got the offer?

I don't remember which link I clicked, because even till this week I am getting emails that I have an LE offer on this CC.
