If you got your card in Oct'23, it would have been the LTF version if Burgundy is maintained. If burgundy is not maintained, the M4B will be downgrade to normal Magnus with 12k fee. At least this is wht is mentioned in the TnC. How are you getting 2nd year fee as 30k?
To maintain burgundy, without M4B, burgundy criteria can be met by maintainig balance/trv via family banking as well.

@Riva yes long story short
In the offer period till January i failed to get 30l for instant true Burgundy
So normal magnus card till Jan but branch gave time till march and i funded then got ogs then converted paid m4b and i took out Edge Rewards around 2.5lac with 5:4 so didnt bothered card fee
Now spends are not that much since lot of exclusions so no point of renewal fee paying

You will not downgraded instantly if you remove your funds, so you can continue with Burgundy. My account also not downgraded even with zero balance also.

Yes it's more than 6 months, no charges except sms alerts charges.

They won't downgrade immediately, but maybe after a quarter. You'll be intimated in advance.

Why do you want to keep an account with Axis after the downgrade? I wouldn't even consider any bank that wants to charge for SMS alerts.

Using only for BMS offer, planning to close after downgrade.

Good to know.. @MC_007 if you don't mind mentioning, how much approx AQB you are maintaining at the moment? They may have a margin and if balance goes below thay margin or timeframe then they downgrade.

So @Riva if one maintain 60l for a month then next 6 months zero balance but no downgrade or charges
