In the same situation, kyc approved on Monday. Dint get any application reference number. Already contacted the customer care for the reference number. No response.

I applied RBL BMS play card, limit was already shown during the application. But I dint get any email with the application reference number, just messages with kyc related. Anywhere else we can get to know application reference number?
