@pprakash11 thanks you, it worked, sbi cc didn't gave me response i was looking for. now i have spend 1 lakhs where is my voucher and when does sbi spend that 1k voucher of yatra i believe,

Wait for 2-3 weeks voucher generation will be in process. For my SClick as well when I completed 1 Lac, they said voucher is not ready now, late I called and they gave me the Voucher details

@pprakash11 the lady from cs mentioned when annual fees is charged and then reserve and then somehow added voucher will be send if 1 lakhs is spend within one calendar year so i mentioned i have already spend 1 lakhs so does unbilled doesn't count cause other bank doesn't count this way and a message of completing milestones would have been send by now.

@pprakash11 I've never contacted them on Twitter as Kotak customer care senior officer solved my all problems. If you want to solve your problem ask customer care agent to connect with their senior officer.

Oh I see. Actually I am not able to apply any Kotak CC so thought of giving Kotak Twitter team a DM. They are telling working on issue

Yes, long back closed Secured FD CC but thought of trying again as unsecured this June-July 2023. Is there any issue? @Strange

I called on their CC number and had no problem at all connecting with them..
If we call in the moring hours like very early, I found them to be very useful...

I think If you had Kotak CC in the past they won't give you option to apply online. You should try to apply through Kotak agent or Branch. @pprakash11
