In my experience, i have seen hollow types broke within one month. You will find lot of such reviews on amazon.I brought non-hollow type 1 and half year back https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B075JCJYN6/ . It is going good. In physiotherapist places also I have seen non-hollow types.
