Axis and rbl sends by delhivery. Have had very bad experience. Everyday they used to update status that it's out for delivery but used to update nonsense reason such as address incorrect, consignee not available etc. Ultimately got returned.
Their customer care is nonexistent. Had to complain to rbl about this and it was redispatched by bluedart. I specifically asked rbl that to send it again by bluedart or any other courier except delhivery. The request was accepted.
