What made you proceed to authorize the payment in the first place?

Hey @akshayhs, I didn't authorize the payment. My dad gave the information to the office boy to hand over to Bank A and transfer it through RTGS to our HDFC savings account, but instead, he gave the credit card details.

You can call cust care. If you have an amount with hdfc they can transfer the excess amount into it. Took 3 days in my case

@saucy You did excess payment too In hdfc cc and within 3 days they credited. Not sure why it taking so much time in my case.

Just email grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com with statement of source of payment and ask them to transfer it to your HDFC Bank account.
