They will do all. I told just in case the cashier face difficulty applying those vouchers. It is fairly possible if the cashier is new. That happened with me. We both solved the issue after guidance from @its_karan
Yes just handover voucher (if u have) and GC (from RSDC).
I have shared a link to generate voucher.
1st time user is a separate voucher for 1st time user only. Users are identified by their mobile no. only.
@kuchbhi but don't think we are having an edge here. These premium salons first overprice their menu items, literally over-priced. Discounts and vouchers is a common thing here and they themselves encourage/ciculate it to bring the prices again down to market/actual standards. Now, the customer feels that he has cracked a great deal here at a great discount and gives a false sense of happiness, but in reality its just at a regular price at the end. Its a psychological game played by them in designing their business model. Most premium salons can't survive without vouchers/promotions/offers.
And in case of lakme, it is the other way round currently. They sometimes run promotional offers and offer services worth 2500 in their menu at prices as low as 499. But no-one or few visits even after that. So currently they are aggressive in rolling out discounts/vouchers/promotions but still customer footfall is not here. I can say this about lakme as I am a regular visitor since more than a year
Back in the day, lakme had tie-up with American express for discounts, where it was like flat off on total payable while swiping the card. That was a good offer too, after that discontinued rupay started. So, lakme offers will keep going on even though in case rupay ends it. Because as I said, it is the brand/business necessity of generating/circulating these vouchers, and not customers's. If they don't roll out these offers, they won't be generating profit, yes there would be some customers visiting still but wouldn't offset for their operational costs
Someone was saying to me, lakme themselves officially sell their gift cards (worth 1500rs) at prices around 600rs time to time. Like I saw it on zingoy too sometime back. Also, I would suggest to visit other no-branded regular salons but of premium quality and compare prices there
