If overall utilization not an issue( having much more unutilized limit on other cards )then there will be no impact on CIBIL.
Again you can pay advance 5k then consume or pay immediately after consume if you concerning too much.

Usually my overall utilisation ratio will be around 3-4% (out of 41L)
My primary card (HDFC) utilisation ratio will usually be less than 15% (out of 8L)

Last month, HDFC utilisation rose to 22%, but overall utilisation was still 6.79% , but CIBIL fell from 782 to 771

I don't mind as i know it'll bounce back in a month or two. Just sharing as I felt it's relevant to the question
