No way, neither physically nor digitally, when contactless card control setting is used for both the modes.

However, some banks have two independent different settings, one for physical tap to pay and another for tap to pay via TPAPs. In that case, Yes.

Depends on Bank to Bank.

If Bank is giving only Contactless Option then Samsung Pay will Decline the Txn.

If Bank is Giving Seperate Options Namely,
●Contactless that is for Tap to Pay via Physical Card and
●Tokenization that is for Tap to Pay via Mobile NFC using TPAPs

Then disabling Contactless Txn would not effect Samsung Pay txns if tokenization is on.
