How can you implement 'ban' (temporary ban or even permanent ban) when members are NOT using their real names and are not verified n approved at the time of admission ? What mechanism is in place ?

There is a technique called as device fingerprinting. What it does is, that when u make an ID and use a system, it creates a digital fingerprint of your device (hardware, ie browser name, screen resolution, pixel density/ratio, etc besides other cookies and other information that sites collect). This creates a unique digital fingerprint of your device or all devices that you have used to access the site in the past. These IDs are now assigned to your Login ID/user name/ email ID on the platform.
Now say you get banned, and you create another new ID using any one of these existing devices, the fingerprint will be the same, since the hardware is the same. This will show that the user is the same.
Not sure if the service provider for Technofino is using such service. If somee who has got banned making another ID can confirm, we will know it works here.
