@Strange actually it has to be activated along with pack automatically right?
Just called cs again, this time telugu call came and she said actually it has come but wait 2 days it will be activated or else call us back day after tomorrow

Is the Ul_Data_5GDataPack being offered to all jio plans? I too have the same plan active since June'24, and o don't see this Ul_Data_5GDataPack plan active

@Riva 2999 1year plan has ul 5g data, i clearly saw and recharged it on june 2024

@Riva Post revision of tariff palns' price, plan with >= 2GB/ day data comes with unlimited 5G, not all.

Lol what's happening, it's supposed to activated on its own, by default.

@Aniket True, jio has become a circus. 1st executive said uL 5g is not there with 2999,2nd exec said wait 2 days.

@Ram1 @Aniket , true. jio is now become a joke. They do not take any complaint seriously. If I didn't have a year plan, i would have ported out. Their Network also has become so bad in my area, and they just keep closing the tickets saying network is optimal.
I also have 3 vouchers of 5GB, which I got before the new tariffs kicked in July24, those vouchers cannot be applied post the tariff hike and jio keeps saying that I need to recharge with a valid plan, and I have a 1 year valid plan. Absolutely stupid customer care!!

I know few people for whom 5G unlimited got activated by default.

But post 2-4 months of traiff hike.

So, you still not able to activate the same? Voucher is not getting activated or just 5G unlimited?😬
