Encountering an error while applying through thanks app which says "application not approved due to incorrect information" . Cross checked twice , all information is fine and correct. In case you have any information on its reason or solution, pls do share. Thanks. @vaibhav111

@Jackk i do hold 2 axis cc before i had applied for airtel and it filled that information automatically on airtel thanks app. do you hold the existing cc of axis bank?

@vaibhav111 Yes recently approved for Ace. Can that might be the reason for such an error?

@Jackk yes that the reason wait for 3-6 month before you apply and pro tip if you don't received LE in next 1-1.5 year and you need LE for big purchase and then apply for FYF card specially and see the 2x/3x of LE on existing Axis CC of your cause it would shared among all. only do this in 1-2 year for significant LE improve cause more you apply for Axis CC in span of 6-1 year less chance.
