@me_sovon call pe customer care pe higher executive se baat kiya he is telling the same thing, and say they have no option to raise any issue further.
Should I raise a chargeback or try other options first?
After issue raised wait for few days then contact customer care to know what judgement they gave most probably they would accept mistake and issue refund.
And if not then raise complaint with National Consumer Helpline
