My MRCC was due for renewal in October. They dint give me 100% reversal as well. spend was around 1 Lakh. Offered 10K points against 2600 fees (yes, I have this pricing 🙁 ) or a 75% waiver in fees.

You mean for gold we need to spend more than 2 lakh for fee wavier!!!

@Pavan unlike in the past referring this for my dad gold cc. Reversal of fees everytime he called and this time in sep his spend were the same as last year around 4.20 lakhs and Amex said no to him this time around on his gold and on Plantium travel too. So Amex isn’t gonna reverse fees that my dad’s gold is now 9yr old Amex gold cc. All legit spend no wallet reload or anything.

This means my mrcc will be closed this year.. getting 100% fees reversal from last 3-4 years.. mostly unconditional..

@vaibhav111 sir this seems not acceptable 🙁 for 4lakh spend they should reverse the fees easily

@Pavan That was I thought but it doesn't seem like they did credited 10k MR Point in exchange of 5310/- with gst.

10K MR is ok deal 🙁 15MR or did they offer any spend based wavier ? they say it's a premium card and they should respect
