I get this reply from icici customer manager..
“We inform you that we are unable to provide the Mine credit card based up on Platinum credit card. You may apply through online or visit nearest branch.”

Bhai, they only gave the LTF offer. I wasn't even expecting. Unnecessarily KLPD kar diya.
