@Strange not even a single app/cc i have found which adjusts the total amount due after payment

I have no idea about SBI but RBL, Yes and Axis adjusts due amount after the payment.

But axis, yes and hdfc adjust as far as i have experienced

@Slayer I mean ICICI considers refunds as a payment and you are right ICICI doesn't update the due amount after the payment which is a good thing as we can do extra payments through BBPS.

So on Cred, it is allowing me to pay less amount only, however when I asked same thing to cc executive, she said then pay via SBI card app, but pay in full only as per policy

I received a refund from ICICI after generating the statement, and I also received an SMS with the corrected amount.
