No yar, here bank charge means bank charges fees for dc,sms alerts,duplicate passbook or statement etc... those wont be counted in 50 debit translations. Only cash withdrawal at branch is counted for 50 debit transactions, further will be 5rs per transaction. 50 debits at branch in a 6 months...
