No escape from the over-leveraged issue. Barring ICICI, almost all other banks report multiple cards as separate records in CIBIL, which causes this over-leverage issue. Even if you get it after closing a few cards, the limit might be much less to justify the annual fee. If anyone has LTF cards...

Higher CL is better for credit score because the utilization goes down. Only negative I heard is that some banks don't issue credit cards if it's over-leveraged.

In the long run, It doesn't really matter tbh, everything neutralise. Yes, it may impact starting 1-2 months then it will bounce back. Still, you should go for AU/SBI cards if you want to have one. Because after getting others CCs, you won't be able to get AU/SBI cards due to "over-leveraged"...

Only banks can check detailed CIBIL report having income details and other hidden details while doing hard enquiry.
