After all devaluations last year, I think only IDFC still gives a bit for govt spends, but not really worth it if you don't hit the milestone benefit if you ask me as there is gateway charges most of the time.

Of course if you travel a lot and exhaust the 1.12L on Infinia, you can have EPM contributing. But be ware ICICI has not even credited the accl rewards for now. Any thing can happen with iShop and ICICI. Don't do any transactions assuming returns on ICICI for now.
