Hi @wokrishnahai - I am in the same situation. I transferred the points from axis to Accor old membership number. Didn't realised my membership number got changed because of the upgrade. What did you do to get the points transferred ?

Was this issue resolved? I just transferred the points now How long does it generally take to hit my Accor account? Addtionally, can I book any hotel room (refundable) through Accor points which are there in Accor portal? or is there any restrictions that we can book only certain hotel chains?

I transferred to accor instead. But yeah if you're going to use it for flights or hotels through smartbuy doesn't make any difference.

even 1 point transfer extend another year for accor, marriott, itc etc. unless specified by any other partner that says only 'activity' but mentioned list need single transfer.. its like how u can activate credit card when not using for a whole year to avoid closure, just a test transaction..
