No it is not.. when I applied EPM, i didn't have 3L salary. Salary was 2.8L.
I had savings account with icici which has AMB less than 1000 and salaryaccount with Axis.
I even was not asked to open a demat account.
Also no request was made by bank to move my salary to icici bank account.
