I read in its terms and conditions that the cashback I earn in this statement cycle will be credited in the next statement cycle. Quoted from the T&C: “If the statement date is 12th March, cashback earned in the Feb month cycle (13th Jan-12th Feb) will be credited on 9th March.”

Btw an update - if you have an Airtel Black Postpaid connection, you won’t be able to pay off its dues from anywhere else other than the Airtel Thanks app it seems. So the SBI PhonePe Select Black CC won’t be useful for that particular bill, Airtel Axis Bank CC would come handy for that.

You apparently get 5% CB if you make a UPI spend using the SBI PhonePe Select Black CC online (not offline scan and pay via UPI).

So you’re telling me that within the PhonePe app, if I pay utility bill via either the SBI PhonePe Black CC via RuPay CC UPI, or through direct card transaction, in both cases I’ll get 10% CB?! And does PhonePe charge equal convenience fees in both the cases?
