Well I got a reply from Axis saying they cant chage it in Cibil yesterday. However when I checked the score today its back to 786 and when I check the Axis account the late payment is removed so thankfully they removed the late payment from my Cibil

I tried repayment by clicking on repayment in app and paying Via Navi UPI transaction was successful but didnt get any message or notification. How long it takes to reflect in app where to see that transaction?

It might not be there for diamond variant salary account but charges might be there for other variants of salary accounts. So better if all confirm the variant of salary account and charges in netbanking before upgrading
