I dont think there is a term under leveraged in SBI. They reject cards if one is over leveraged which means multiple other cards and a very high over all credit limit. So if your card was declined due to over leveraged issue, you cannot get SBI card without closing previous cards or reducing...

SBI cards has over leverage issue only Hdfc has many issues like one person can’t take first card phonepe because they not give then core one also they not allow users who have already one card although cobranded they had never increase my credit limit also from 1.4 years limit stuck to 45000...

Cashback Card is nightmare for SBI cards. Reality they gives cashback to their customers from their own pocket to maintain customer and actually they recover that amount from other card users with different names... They only wants to sell other cards except cashback

Yes, this is a known problem.. same is the case with HDFC, IDFC etc.. our total CL is inflated unnecessarily thereby adding to the over leverage issue.. Banks have to find a solution to this.. at the moment many of us are over leveraged because of this
