When you get a job then get a credit card. It will be easier for you to manage the credit and pay it off. Wait for another year, you would lose nothing. It’s a double edged sword for everyone and more so for students.

Dude, don't confuse savings relationship with credit card(debt), you will only be in trouble if you don't repay your bill in time. So, Yes go ahead if you want this card. (But personally, for a student I will never recommend any credit card.)
