When paying utility bills through HDFC BIZ BLACK, it gives 5x on "Smartpay" and "Payzapp" utility payments. What I am confused about is if I am paying through the net banking portal, will "Smartpay" be considered only for automatic payments or will I be eligible for 5x If I pay manually as well?
