Any one knows if aadhar is mandatory for these type of applications . ?

Anyone closed SBI card can confirm
If they are still reporting to Cibil ?
In my report it shows card closed on June , but till date they are reporting payments as 0
I have permanently closed my simply save card in May , reflecting in Cibil
But SBI is generating statements as 0 amt due every month
Is this normal ?
Once a card is closed how come they can generate statement ?
