We have a business loan from SBI. The last EMI before the loan was closed shows up as a late payment in ALL our credit reports. As in all 5 promoters and the business for each credit reporting agency. So thats 6x4 = 24 credit reports. How to go about resolving this in the quickest way...

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm trying to login to my account on cibil and it says OTP sent but I never get it. Same thing while trying to check through third party services as the OTP seems to be generated by cibil. Getting OTP and texts from others just fine.
