If you’re looking for just low forex only and reward rate one card is good choice. It’s LTF. Other cards to consider are RBL world safari card, Regalia Gold. As the spends are on higher side you can consider trying to HDFC Infinia or DCB.

AFAIK and my experience Amex employees majorly work on Platinum cards only. Other cards you have to apply online only.

I got Indulge with Joining fees and Annual fees last year and this year spends was around 8-8.5L, But IndusInd didn't charge me annual fees on request. Quite a good gesture from them.
