Query on redemption, how are the quarterly rewards generated in Rupay website for EMT DC? as we are on 3rd quarter now, we have to generate codes by Sep 30th for all quarterly rewards? And annual rewards like OTT we can redeem anytime from Jan 1st to Dec 31st?

Just visited the bank and got my lite account changed to super savings in 15 mins. Representatives were very helpful and supportive. Now showing option to apply BOB Ease My Trip Rupay Plat DC in Bob world app

it's due to CRN (Customer Relation Number) which stays as is (they do not remove) even when the account is closed.

I didn't open 811 account anytime before, had normal savings account which I closed couple of years back. Now not able to open 811 account online
