    Flipkart Axis showing annual fee on lifetime free card

    I get this page when I open Rewards and Benefits page, I get this option. I have attcahed both pages screenshot. I am pretty sure I have lifetime free card and have been using this for 3 years. How can I verify if it's lifetime free or not?
