Application went smoothly, I applied in the evening, card was available on SBI card homepage after logging in by the next morning. Physical card delivery took around 3 days. I did not have to upload any documents, nor was there a VKYC. Only 1 rupee credit and debit from a bank account.

I talked to customer care multiple times, they suggested writing a mail to premium.experience@axisbank.com. I received a response today which basically said since the transaction never went through at all, I should contact gyftr for the issue.
