If you utilize MR for MB or Miles the 1st option is better as if you purchase 10k from amex they would charge Rs. 4k. here you getting it at Rs. 3k.. I did not get this option, so took 50%.

I am seeing higher denominations nowadays.. You also get 1000MR for 6k which is good. Yes it doesn't makes sense if you have Infinia.. Close it if not interested in Amex.. For the past few years, Amex gives offers and Zomato/Swiggy subscriptions as addons.
