    You can simply call them and they'll credit it manually. I had the same issue in 1st statement and after 7 days I called them it was credited. In second statement it was auto credited like always...

    Yes I called Customer Care they're saying received for Feb although made 1.2L txn so would've received 12k and they're saying contact iShop for pending reward points not received.

    On a second not actually I too did txn in Feb and only 1*30k was settled so the 3k additional points I received in current statement could be feb's.
