The bank may still be allowing Select to Exclusive UPGRADE, my home branch told me new onboarding for Exclusive account was stopped, didn't ask about upgrade. Pinnacle via Grande account + spend 50K in 90 days then no JF, no AF. Instead of upgrading Exclusive, RM opened Grande separate (I think to meet her targets). Anyway I didn't want to keep Grande anyway so closed after getting Pinnacle. Legend was from June 2023.
