Too many XXX in report, by ICICI bank.
There was no transaction for Feb month, had 0 Rs statement. That XXX is understandable.
But even if I use the card, generate a non-zero bill, ICICI still doesn't report.
Is there any impact of too many XXX?
SBI Customer Care, Nodal Officer and even the PNO is not aware of the new virtual debit card. They are confusing it with the older virtual card service.
Received the same response from level 1 to 3 that virtual card service is discontinued. Please visit branch etc.
This Statutory Inspection was for the FY that ended in March 2022.
Axis Bank continues to loose customer applications even in 2023. They were not able to find my credit card application during an address dispute.
Hope they get fined in the FY 2023 and FY 2024 audit as well.
