Voter Id is technically a valid Proof of Address, so not sure what is the issue here. But yea, it won't work for Online Account opening, since the whole flow is based on Aadhar number. You should be able to open an offline account.

It's not worth the joining fee. You get 3% extra discount on flights on Monday compared to other ICICI cards. So you'll recoup the joining fee mostly through that only. You also get 1500 MMT Cash valid for a year. If you have other good cards for booking flights, this isn't worth it.

Yes, I just wasn't aware that the annual fees are charged at the end of the year and not the start like Credit cards since this is my first paid Debit Card.
