I did some transaction amount of around 1 lakh. I do have an annual income of 18Lakh+, which I declared...I particularly don't remember if they asked that. But asking income proof for savings account , I'm hearing for the first time.

@Aaaa Hey brother, just one clarification. I got this reversal last week, and the credit limit is already full. But there is no reverse transaction marked on the card. So it doesn't cause me any trouble as my bill is already generated right? I really don't want my cibil to go down

Thankyou for sharing the details. I got an update they admitted in the email that it was a mistake and will reverse as soon as possible. But it's not reflected in my account yet. Will report this to RBI since this is a fruad thing to do in the first place.

I have sent out an email to all these id's and I got one reply that they are working on the resolution of this at the earliest, but no proper timeline. will follow up well as my due date is 20th and I neither want to pay it nor get my credit score go down.

Already did that, I called and it took 30mins to connect only to hear that I should email them, and the email they usually don't reply fast. Also, kept their nodal officer in the email in cc, will see what happens. This thing should have penalties actually then only they'll stop doing these.

Is there any way other than ombudsman to complaint to RBI? They don't take complaint unless we finish 30 days after notifying the bank...but it's a huge amount of time.

Yes, definitely... The problem is customer support doesn't exist. And even if you call customer care..they are asking to write an email.. which they reply rarely.

I have a bob easy LTF card. I was amazed to see an annual fee of ₹2499+gst on it ( which is the fee of their eterna card). These kind of fruad behaviour should be fined with proper penalty for customer, right?
