I think Vistara cards are not showing up for upgrade at the moment, I tried last week twice. Applied offline as soon as I saw the Reversal offer and 31st December date for spends. Why do you want to downgrade Magnus to Vistara Infinite ?

Rm said its 60 or 90 days (dont remember what he said) from the day the card is issued. Lets wait for the official tnc

Yes, Ask them which cards are being shown. I wanted Vistara Infinite but it wasn't showing, even Reserve was showing up in the system but not Vistara.
