I did transactions in last week of April and got points in the 1st week of this month. This month's transactions were done on 15th, no points credited so far.
Points for last month's transactions ( CC bill payment in PayTM by Indus Sig DC) were credited this month but no points for this month's transactions....
I called CC to close MyZone LTF in January, the lady told me to call back few days later (after completion of 1yr) for retention offer. She said retention offer is given once in 12 months per customer. I eventually got 2500 er points later.
I called a wealth brach (contact details are in SBI website) and shared my demat/sb details. After getting confirmation of eligibility, I visited branch to sign the form. In few days account varient changed to wealth.

You can ask CC to close present card, they would transfer the call to Retention team. They can issue bpcl card directly. You need to stick to the point that you want the bpcl one and nothing else.
I've Indus Partner AC with visa sig debit card. When I clicked on redeem option in app, the points are shown (5600 pts) but pop up showing 'Selected Card is not eligible for Cashback. You can redeem through IndusMoments catalogue.' Am I missing something or this card is useless.
Are all variants of indus visa signature cards (depending on account types like partner/select/exclusive) same when used for CC bill payment across these platforms?
