Title. I cannot see RM details in iMobile and it shows "Visit nearest branch for servicing needs..." Family member's account has RM details (we get assigned the same RM), why is it so? Is my account downgraded? Should I send a email to CC?

try doing it at morning between 06:00-08:30 that's when i did it, most probably bank will have a lesser server traffic in the morning. if that does not work, try resetting your samsung wallet through its settings...

It is an issue with Axis, as I have experienced the same with my cards @ ICICI. Calling and emailing them continuously for a week helps :)

nothing. i thought you could do bill payments through card in samsung wallet, confused by the message shown in your device....

the addition of cards depends on your samsung wallet region + phone location + issuing bank & card network. the issue you have described is likely due to issues within mastercards in the us. it is not a mastercard outage i suppose....

is your samsung wallet indian? i mean the csc of the device...

Now I have added my card in both Samsung Wallet and Google Pay.

Same issue here, just received the card but unable to add it to either Samsung Wallet or Google Pay. It is authenticated but shows that the card needs to be activated.

Haha no... They only want me to take personal loans... Once I asked them about cc... They said I'm not eligible for any cards, few months back I had called cc for the same, they said I can only get platinum as ltf..... Don't know what's happening with it?
