I wanted to upgrade my Kotak White to Metal version - they denied. I raised request for cancellation and it was initiated immediately. So dont think they are still in a mood to onboard/retain customers.

Checked with Customer Care - they will start upgrades and take new application from 1st week of April. Not sure if the info is correct though.

This is what had happened to me - i just called to check features of this upgrade and they upgraded the card without my consent. Escalate to PNO and they will make it LTF.
