I tried paying with Sbi unipay last week and the transaction was successful. Also got it credited to my CC account in few minutes. Although there are many facing issues with unipay. For Shriram app the CC options is very less just the bbps ones are present.

I didnt do a single transaction for that 15 days period and got the voucher. I believe thats bank hidden terms and condition. Other banks also follow the same as i had the same experience with rbl bank where I didnt get the gift hamper.
