@helloworld , It seems the RBI Ombudsman has resolved my issue. I received a response from Yes Bank's Principal Nodal team confirming that my card is now active. I've tested it by making transactions, and I can confirm that it's working smoothly now.
I haven't received any response from Amex despite trying all available contact mail options listed on the Amex India site. At this point, I'm not sure what else I can do.

I haven't made any transactions with the card yet, my initial attempt was on Payzapp for ₹200 to activate the card, which resulted in the error I mentioned. After that, I tried various merchants, all of which returned the same error.

Their Customer Support seems clueless on this issue, and amusingly, their Twitter support team provided instructions on how to pay my credit card bill instead of addressing my issue with transaction failures and failure to reach the OTP page.
Would blocking and reissuing the card resolve this...
I recently received my card, but when I attempt to make a payment at any merchant, I keep on getting this error. Also, the continue button on that page is unresponsive.

If I received my Signature Plus Debit Card on March 25th, and I spend 1L between March 26th and March 31st, am I eligible for the Monthly Spend Voucher for March, or does the eligibility start from the next month?
I've attempted everything, but they still can't locate my application. My application number begins with TUL210XXXX. Does yours start the same way? I'm guessing there might be issue with application number.
