@helloworld , It seems the RBI Ombudsman has resolved my issue. I received a response from Yes Bank's Principal Nodal team confirming that my card is now active. I've tested it by making transactions, and I can confirm that it's working smoothly now.

Their Customer Support seems clueless on this issue, and amusingly, their Twitter support team provided instructions on how to pay my credit card bill instead of addressing my issue with transaction failures and failure to reach the OTP page. Would blocking and reissuing the card resolve this...
