Lounges are generally not very strict on usage hours until if demand is not very high. If there is overcrowding then the 3 hours time limit they apply.

Personally I feel it is good initiative, will help in reducing lounge overcrowding and premium card holders can actually enjoy the benefits with no strict T&Cs getting introduced further by the banks due to over-usage of complimentary access.

Received email inspite of meeting the MAB requirements since past 2 quarters. So this is generic notification sent out to all Wealth customers by default.

That's why I have stopped applying for such cards just for meagre savings of 100/200 here and there for initial 2-3 months. That too with sharing CIBIL, personal info, etc. to get spammed for lifetime with random emails even after card closure.

Seems like Neu is becoming next OneCard. Same card with different bank. Soon we will see BOB & other banks offering the same product lol :P

Most of the benefits gonna be active just for a month or not till they onboard sufficient number of new customers. Later all exclusions will come into picture with removal of offers & benefits. At-last the card will become junk lol !!

I got call from bank within a minute after I tried applying to check for offer and they confirmed FYF offer is available only at Adani owner airports when applied their through some QR based process.

How to check the FYF offer? Is there any banner or shows during last page of application process?

Managed to get the accounts closed by Email. Just needed to share scanned copy of closure form (just a word template) shared by the bank & citing reason - staying in non-serviceable city :) Whole process took 1 week from request to closure.
