If and when it may come in handy and it's totally FREE, then why not keep a virtual DC instead of having ZERO DC ?? Also, UPI PIN set/reset needs authentication via DC if Aadhaar OTP isn't enabled. Since it's FREE, I've kept it, that's the sole reason, nothing else.
