Don't worry, since the txn is not settled in same month, you will get cashback bit late. Wait for around 1month, you will get the Cashback for sure since the merchant name has Smartbuy. PS: I was in same exact situation in Jan 2022

I have faced multiple card declines at many offline stores, so have converted the card variant to Visa platform after getting frustrated

There are no such "benefits" to stay on Diners network and it's better to switch to Visa platform unless you are okay with frequent card declines for offline txns
