Yes, but I think one can get a joining bonus for one card only once. Although I am not sure about this. Also exploiting any loophole like that even for referral bonus would surely attract attention and might even cause ban to the account.

I asked about this specifically, and the person said they can't see manual spends on my card but said whatever the bill is the 75% will be on that. he said if Bill is Rs 1500 + GST they would apply a waiver of Rs 1125 + GST and if Bill is Rs 750 + GST then they would apply a waiver of Rs 562.5...

I got a 75% fee waiver on my AMEX MRCC. I didn't ask them to cancel the card or anything. I just called them up and said the fees is too high and if there is any reversal I can get for the fees. The retention team guy explained to me why MRCC fees are negligible compared to the benifits etc...
