In both cases Bhim app paid successfully to merchant using rupay cc. So it looks like gpay has some problem where Bhim is allowing to pay by cc. I use now Bhim for all UPI payment using rupay cc.

I added rupay cc in gpay but when I scan code (tried on bhim QR and Paytm QR) it does not show cc as payment option. Same QR code shows cc as payment option in bhim app and it worked for payment also. Don't understand why gpay gives option to add cc but doesn't allow that in payment when we scan...
